The Digital Messaging Manager lets you add chat connections and social messaging platforms to your Digital Messaging channel interface. The Digital Messaging channel supports chat connections by using Web Messaging and social messaging platforms, such as WhatsApp and SMS.

Configure Context Data that captures metadata from the customer chat session and makes it available to the customer service representative.
