Cases are assigned to users to complete tasks. For example, an employee expense report that requires approval by the manager of a cost center, or a refund that is processed by a member of the accounting team. When you configure work routing in Pega Platform™, you can use either push routing or pull routing.

In this module, you learn how to use work parties to route cases and how to customize the Get Next Work functionality to fulfill business requirements.
