Learn how to create your own, custom business conditions in App Studio. Business conditions allow you to use a set of pre-defined criteria to dynamically configure the behavior of Pega Customer Service™ application. As a result, customer service agents can start interacting with customers with a relevant, consistent, and personalized set of features available to them.
