Investigative Case management
The Investigation Case Type is part of the Investigation Case management framework of Pega Government Platform™. This Case Type provides end-to-end investigative Case management abilities that enable agencies to increase the efficiency of the investigation’s management and resolution process. The Investigation Case Type uses the entities that are defined in the core framework of Pega Government Platform. The Interview and Evidence Case Types are associated with the Investigation Case by using the association framework provided by the core framework of Pega Government Platform. The Investigation Case management framework also extends the Event Case Type and specializes the Case Type for Investigation Case management.

Investigative Case Management provides social monitoring abilities as well as drives streamlined, efficient web self-service and contact center operations for the reporting and monitoring of investigative events.
Creation and association of Cases
By using a quick-create utility designed for speedy data capture, field investigators can establish and update Cases. The drag-and-drop abilities of Pega Government Platforms helps users to enable the association of entities and situations for better analysis and visualization.
Investigations
You can use the power of Pega Government Platform to drive investigations seamlessly from the field to the office by using modern mobile tools, interview and evidence management, search and retrieve, assessments, dashboards, and an automated workflow.
Cross-team collaboration and Cse management
Supervisors and investigative teams leverage forums for secure, cross-team collaboration, data sharing, and messaging.
Supervisor- and Investigator-specific dashboards are leveraged to manage every phase of a Case effectively. Supervisors anticipate and manage investigator caseloads and performance through rich dashboard and reporting features.
