Coexistence for Theme UI-Kit service requests

Learn how to configure Coexistence feature of the Pega Customer Service™ application. Coexistence feature allows you to use your Pega Customer Service for UI-Kit application alongside the Pega Platform™ Constellation application and seamlessly share workflows, data, and actions across them. Pega Web mashup technology makes the Theme UI-Kit  service requests available in the UI-Kit Constellation portals, allowing CSRs to process work for Pega Platform applications with different architectures using a single interface.
