Accessing robot registration settings
Within the Pega Robot Manager™ portal, you can edit multiple settings related to robot registration, reporting, and configuration in the user interface. For example, if you want to change the default Work Group for your robots or if you want to define which Work Groups your robots can move to, you can use the Robot Registration settings. In the navigation pane of Robot Manager, click Settings > Unattended RPA and then click the Robot registration tab to find the settings to update a robot's registration so that it corresponds to Dev Studio's decision tables.
Access the Robot registration settings in Robot Manager as shown in the following figure:

Assigning robots to a Work Group by using a decision table
If you want Pega Robot Manager to automatically assign each robot to a Work Group, you can customize one of the provided decision tables. Whether or not you can customize the decision tables depends on whether you choose to assign that robot to a Work Group based on either the user ID or the robot ID.
When robots are assigned to a Work Group using a decision table, the pyGetWorkGroupByRobotID decision table processes first, and then the pyGetWorkGroupForRobotByRequestorOperatorID decision table processes the changes.
