The benefits of leveraging a Pega application

Overview

Building software applications that return investment in the form of cost savings, automation, or new business can be a risky, time-consuming, and an expensive endeavor for an organization. Organizations want to minimize as much risk, cost, and time investment as possible.

To achieve those objectives, deliver an application with the minimum set of functionality that is lovable to the business. The Minimum Lovable Product (MLP) provides an application with the minimum amount of functionality that your users not only live with, but also love. Over time, you iterate and improve that product or application as business needs change and evolve.

By starting with a Pega application, you are far closer to the MLP than if you start your application design from scratch.

Benefits of Pega Applications

Instead of starting with a lengthy requirements-gathering process, you can demonstrate the functionality that the Pega application provides for you and compare that functionality to your business requirements. This comparison is known as performing a gap analysis.

Once you identify these gaps, you can design for the minimum amount of functionality needed to deliver the MLP.
