To access the Case Overview page for a Case, on the Cases and Events page, in the Cases Table, right-click a Case and select Case Overview:

Case Overview page
The Case Overview page is divided into the following sections:
- Main Metrics: View the Total Duration, Total Events, Distinct Events, and Most Common Activity.
- Graph Transition Metrics: View metrics such as Average, Minimum, Maximum, and Total Durations for transitions in the Case.
- Events Table: View event details in a table or timeline format.
- Case Columns: View the list of columns associated with the Case.
- Summary: View the Case in a Process Map format.
