In the additional configuration, select the Business Issue and Group for which the brand voice will generate treatments. By default, the system considers All Issues and AllGroups if you do not select a business issue and group.

Choose whether the brand voice should be active for Treatment generation by selecting one of the radio buttons.
In the Define attributes step, name your brand voice, and select the language of the generated content. You can also add a brief description about the intended purpose of the voice.

Pick an icon that helps you identify the brand voice.

In the Analyze content step, you can add the content that matches the brand voice. The system analyzes the provided content to inspire a voice that represents the brand. For analysis and inspiration, you can select:

  • Text - Any text content that represents that brand, such as marketing emails, company mission statements, social media posts, and so on.
  • Internal treatment – The content of an existing email treatment.
  • File upload – Upload files that represent the brand. The system supports PDF, DOC, TXT and HTML formats.
  • URL – URL to the brand's website or an online content folder.

Provide the content and analyze the content.

You can review the generated analysis and update the provided content, if required.

After updating you can reanalyze the content so that the system generates a new analysis.

You can add multiple pieces of content to analyze and optionally reanalyze all the content at once. Note that providing content to analyze is an optional step.

Next, in the Finalize voice step, review the generated brand voice definition, and if necessary, you can edit it. If there is no content analyzed in the previous step, you can manually provide the brand voice definition.

If you are not happy with the generated definition, you can reformulate and test a different variation of brand voice definition that is generated by AI.

Use the Test drive your brand voice section to test the new brand voice in real-time. Enter a prompt and choose whether or not to apply existing global directives and then generate sample content to test the brand voice.

Review the generated content and submit the change request.

The request is now routed to the Team Lead for approval.

The Team Lead logs in to Pega 1:1 Operations Manager. The Approve brand voice task is listed in the My Worklist section for the Team Lead's review.

The Team Lead reviews the brand voice and can generate additional sample content to test the brand voice.

They can choose to either approve or reject the brand voice. Rejecting the changes will send the change requests back to the build stage, where a business user must make the required changes and re-send it for approval.

Once the brand voice is approved, the change request is complete.
You can now see the brand voice on the Brand voice landing page. The system will use this brand voice, along with global directives to generate content with a distinct and consistent voice reflecting organization's unique tone and style.
