Creating an input field

Control how users provide information that is required by a case type, by adding appropriate fields to a case. You can also specify the field type, such as Picklist, Boolean, or Text (single line).

  1. In the navigation panel of App Studio, click Case types.
  2. In the Case types panel, click a case type name.
  3. On the Data model tab, click Add field.
  4. In the Name column, enter the name of the new field.
  5. In the Type column, select a field type, for example, Boolean.
  6. Click Save.
