Dashboard configuration
The Pega Robot Manager™ dashboard is a centralized workspace that displays operational information about your robotic process automations and key performance indicators, including robot status and overdue cases. Multiple layout templates are available for administrators to arrange data widgets in different slots, to meet their specific business needs. For instance, you can add widgets to the top of the page for simple navigation, so that your administrators can see which robots are not responding appropriately, as well as seeing which cases are therefore being slowed down. For more information on how to use and customize the dashboard, see the Pega Robot Manager Dashboard article on the Pega Documentation site.

Notifications
In addition to customizing the dashboard landing page, Pega Robot Manager administrators can set notification preferences. Administrators can be notified when any one of the following possible events occurs:
- Robot automation failure count reaches 80% of the threshold
- Robot loses connectivity
- Robot queue reaches 80% of capacity
- RPA Service is not heartbeating or sending periodic messages that indicate that the robot is still alive and running
- Scheduling service is down
The following table explains the two ways that users can access the notifications menu to set notification preferences for robots:
|
Click the Bell icon in the upper-right corner of the dashboard, and then select the Gear icon under the menu. |
|
|
Click the Operator icon, and then select Notification preferences in the menu. |
