Editing a composite 360 field

Introduction

You can customize the interaction header and composites of the Interaction Portal based on your business requirements and improve the user experience for customer service representatives. Customization can include adding, deleting, or editing sections and fields located in the sections of the header and composites. The customization ensures that your application users have an optimal view and a user experience for customer interactions. This demonstration guides you through editing a field in the composite.

In this demonstration, you will learn how to edit a field in the user interface.

Click New > Demo Screen Pops > Demo Pop - CONNOR to start an interaction.

Click Accept to start the interaction.

Click the Toggle design mode icon in the header to enable design mode.

Click the pencil icon to edit the section that contains the property you want to edit.

Click the pencil icon to the right to edit the property.

Update the label and click Apply to save your change.

Click X twice to leave edit mode for the field and section.

Click on the Toggle design mode icon to exit design mode.

You have successfully edited a property in the user interface.
