Roles on a Pega project

Project teams

Depending on the project goal, you may need to assemble a mix of team members and roles. Some projects are small in scope, and can be completed by a small team, or even a single citizen developer. Other projects are more expansive—perhaps part of a broad, enterprise-wide digital transformation—and may require specialized resources with additional skills in application development on Pega Platform.

Overlap of role tasks

The tasks and responsibilities for each role may overlap or are accomplished by multiple roles. For example, on a small project, a Lead System Architect may also perform the duties of the Deployment Architect.
