UK AML updates
Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) questionnaires in Pega Client Lifecycle Management and Know Your Customer™ version 8.8 reflect the following updates:
- Because the United Kingdom is no longer part of the European Union (EU), the EU requirements set by various AML Directives are now in the UK questionnaires; the regional EU questionnaires previously displayed the requirements.
- Sections and fields in the questionnaire are streamlined for operational efficiency.
UK questionnaires
In Pega Client Lifecycle Management and Know Your Customer version 8.8, the Global questionnaires reflect changes to regulations, requirements, and market practices. The view of the questionnaires is also more user-friendly (for example, the collapsible sections of the view are reorganized) and also more operationally efficient (for example, data that customers enter in the Enrich stage or Screening cases now repopulate the questionnaire).
The UK workbooks have also been streamlined to avoid duplicate collection of data already gathered at the Global level and to offer a better user experience by reordering the sequence of fields and sections. The update also introduces a Comments field at the end of each section to allow users to elaborate further on the assessment in an accessible text format.
