Using Documentation Help
In Robot Manager, you can use the Documentation Help feature to ask questions managing robotic automations. You can submit questions about the Robot Manager application itself, as well as ask for clarification on different tasks, such as updating notifications. For example, an administrator can request more information about how to effectively monitor attended robots, while a business user can ask a broader question, such as how to set up Pega Robotic Process Automation™. If users are unsure about what type of questions to ask, they can use the sample questions listed in the Documentation help window, as shown in the following figure:
Setting up Documentation Help
Every Pega Platform™ instance that contains the Robot Manager now includes this Documentation Help feature, and by default, includes the dynamic system settings and values required to connect to Documentation Help.
When setting up the feature ensure that the settings and values are correct. For more information on how to connect the Documentation Help feature in your Robot Manager application, see Connecting to Documentation Help.
To access the Documentation Help feature in Robot Manager, click the Pega GenAI™ icon in the header, as shown in the following figure:
