Transcript
The standard package on Pega Cloud includes three environments: Development, Staging, and Production. If you want to purchase additional environments, depending on your needs, consult your Pega agreement (or someone in your organization who is familiar with it) to understand more.
Pega installs Pega Platform™ and any Pega applications that you have subscribed to on all environments in your subscription. This ensures that all environments are using the latest release of the Pega software, and have the same information, so they can all be up-to-date.
The standard development environment supports 15 concurrent users.
The standard staging, or pre-production environment, supports 45 concurrent users.
The production environment scales according to business requirements and runs on Pega’s highly available, fault-tolerant, and resilient architecture, which is designed to provide uninterrupted service.
To provide stability, these three environments are isolated from each other and from all other environments on the Pega Cloud.
This is a description of the standard package. Review your contract, or check with your Account Executive, to understand the make-up of your specific package.
Additional Cloud Services
In addition to the core functionalities of Pega Cloud, Pega provides a range of powerful services designed to enhance the application development and management experience.
