Application request Case Type

Through the Application request case type in Pega Government Platform™, customers can apply for a program or any of its descendants (such as a license application). As a result, organizations can bring all the services under one umbrella case type. 

The Application request case type uses most of the entity flow components and other components such as document intake, consent agreement, verify document, checklist, and evaluation.

Once the application request is approved at the end of the approval process, the Application request case type creates a program or license as a standalone case with all the applicable details. That program or license case is then associated with the applicant, which is an entity in this scenario.
