Event case type

Pega Government Platform™  features an end-to-end event case type, which helps government organizations improve the resolution process of reported events of various types such as theft, disturbance, or narcotics, as well as incidents and grievances.

You can use event case type to initiate events, examine, and resolve them.

The review function of the Event case type is implemented in the Investigative Case Management framework, which allows you to start a new investigation, associate it with a current investigation, identify it as a duplicate event, and issue a warning.
