Creating a Constellation Portal

Scenario
U+ Hotels wants to ensure consistent service quality across its operations by enabling the Compliance team to review complaint and onboarding activities in the Travel Management Customer Support (TMCS) application.
To support this requirement, stakeholders want to provide controlled access to application data without exposing full case functionality for all case types.
The team has identified the Compliance Officer persona as responsible for reviewing complaint handling, audit trails, and compliance adherence. Compliance Officers should have restricted access to Complaint Resolution and Refund Processing cases, while having full access to Partner Onboarding cases to complete compliance-related activities.
Your Lead System Architect has asked you to configure a new Constellation Portal tailored for the Compliance Officer persona.
The following table provides the credentials you may need to complete the challenge:
| Role | User name | Password |
|---|---|---|
| Solution Builder | [email protected] | pega123! |
| Compliance Officer | [email protected] | pega123! |
After completing this challenge, you should be able to:
- Configure personas with specific access rights.
- Design a Constellation Portal using the Work Portal framework.
- Create personalized landing pages for different use cases.
- Configure Dashboard pages with pre-configured Insights.
