Scenario
You are being asked to create a new composite tab to display a summary of contact information. This will give agents one click access to get contact information.
Use the following credentials to log in to the exercise system:

Your assignment consists of the following tasks:
Task 1: Create a new tab
As part of the Interaction case type, create a new tab named Contact Summary.
Task 2: Add fields to a tab
Configure ethe Contact Summary tab to display the following properties in a two column layout:
- Contact name
- Contact real time > Fields > Age
- Contact real time > Fields > Best time to contact
- Contact real time > Fields > Communication preference
- Contact real time > Fields > Birth date
- Contact real time > Fields > Churn risk
- Contact real time > Fields > Lifetime value
- Contact real time > Fields > Marital status

1 Create a new tab
- Log in as an application administrator with username CSAppAdmin using password password123!.
- In the left navigation, click Control Panel.
- Click Case Types.
- Click Interaction.
- Click UX.
- In the Views list, In the Tabs section, click + Add to create a new tab.
- Name your tab Contact Summary, and click Submit.
2 Add fields to a tab
- In the Views list, In the Tabs section, click Contact Summary.
- Click Edit, to change the layout of the tab.
- Select Two column and click Submit.
- In Region A, click + Add.
- Add the following fields to your tab
- Contact name
- Contact real time > Fields > Age
- Contact real time > Fields > Best time to contact
- Contact real time > Fields > Communication preference
- Contact real time > Fields > Marital status
- Click Add 5.
- In Region B, click + Add.
- Add the following fields to your tab
- Contact real time > Fields > Birth date
- Contact real time > Fields > Churn risk
- Contact real time > Fields > Lifetime value
- Click Save.
Confirm your work
- From the App Studio header, click Preview.
- Click + > Demo Pop: Steve Smith, verified, to start a phone interaction with Steve Smith.
- Click Accept to answer the call.
- Click the Content Summary tab.
- Verify the properties you added.
- Click Wrap Up and complete the Wrap Up case to conclude your interaction.
