The Work Delegation Design mission is an advanced mission for senior system architects who have passed LSA readiness are ready to take on the lead system architect (LSA) role. The mission covers modules and topics required to design Pega solutions that effectively leverage work parties in routing and how to customize the Get Next Work functionality to fulfill requirements.
