Pega GenAI features for Pega Email Bot
Pega GenAI integrates Email bots features with Generative AI, resulting in an enhanced user experience for CS managers when configuring the Email channel and for agents working in the Interaction Portal. When you install and configure the Email bots with GenAI component, your application includes the following features:
- Add automatic suggested replies for a given case type
- Translate existing reply templates to support other languages
- Check the tone of the CSR email and rephrase if needed
- Have Pega GenAI modify the content of your email templates
- Add training data for a given case type
The topic and challenges in this mission show these Pega GenAI features. To enable the Pega GenAI features in your own application, you need to do the following:
- Download the Email bots with GenAI component from the Pega Marketplace, then enable the component in your Application Definition.
- Enable the configuration settings for the Pega GenAI features.
