Accessing Pega Diagnostic Center
Your Pega Platform™ license includes Pega Diagnostic Center (PDC) by default. Your own PDC instance comes preconfigured with your Pega Platform package along with your exclusive virtual user account, called a tenant. Your applications that are a part of Pega Cloud® are also already configured to send data to PDC.
Logging in to Pega Diagnostic Center
You can quickly access PDC through the Pega Support Portal. This method uses your Pega Community credentials for the PDC account that is assigned to your Pega Cloud Services environments.
Before you begin, make sure that you have the following information:
- A valid Pega Community account that is linked to your organization. For more information, see About My Pega > My Organization.
- A designated administrator who is managing your Pega Community account in your organization. Your company account administrator must make sure that you are assigned the appropriate User Role to access PDC. For more information, see Understanding Support user roles.
- Browse to Pega Support Center.
- Click Access Pega Diagnostic Center (PDC).
- On the PDC home page, click Access Pega Diagnostic Center.
If you use PDC on premises, you must configure your system to connect to PDC to see your data. See Configuring on-premises systems for monitoring with Pega Diagnostic Center. If you use Pega Cloud, your system is automatically configured to work with PDC.
If you cannot log in, see the My Support Portal FAQs for troubleshooting.
