The Adopt phase

The Pega Express™ Adopt phase begins by revisiting the business outcomes and measuring whether all teams are ready for Go-Live. The Adopt phase is important to ensure you get the most out of your solution deployment as you implement. During Adopt, for example, you might finalize the migration of data, confirm the release process, prepare a handover to business-as-usual, perform a release retrospective, and measure your outcomes. Meanwhile, the business executes its organizational change management processes.
