Client configuration
Introduction
The Client Configuration section allows your organization to set up users with different data capture settings. Each data collector will have the Runtime Client loaded on their desktop for data collection. Pega Workforce Intelligence™ adds the DesktopAnalyticsConfig.xml file. This file contains configuration settings specifically designed for Pega Workforce Intelligence and the user or department. This file is stored locally on each associate’s computer and is updated by using the Pega Workforce Intelligence portal.
