Editing the confirmation response

The confirmation response is sent back to the user every time the Email Bot receives a new email. This response notifies the end user that their email request has been received successfully. This response is generated by the the pyEmailResponseHTML HTML rule.

  1. Open Dev Studio and search for the pyEmailResponseHTML html rule.

  2. Open the search result to see the confirmation response.
  3. Optional: Edit the response and save the rule in your channel ruleset.
