Easily add and remove widgets from custom Dashboards by dragging processes, columns, and KPIs to or from Selected Inputs.

  1. In the header of the application, click the Dashboards icon.
  2. For the custom Dashboard that you want to edit, click the gear icon, as shown in the following figure:

    Result:

    The Dashboard Configuration dialog box shows the Available Inputs and Selected Inputs lists. The widgets you can move to and from these lists include the Process Map and Top Traces processes, columns from the View, and any KPIs that you created or that others shared with you.
  3. Drag the processes, columns, and KPIs to the Available Inputs or Selected Inputs list, based on the edits you want to make.
    For example, if you want to add the City column to the custom Dashboard, drag the City column to Selected Inputs:

  4. Click Save.

    Result:

    The system adds and removes widgets based on the changes that you made and automatically rearranges and resizes the widgets to fit on the Dashboard, as shown in the following figure:

  5. In the upper-right corner of the page, turn on the Edit Mode switch, as shown in the following figure:

  6. Rearrange and resize the widgets to match how you want to review information on the Dashboard.
  7. Click Save Changes.

For example:

You decide to make the Number of Cases KPI widget and the Top Traces widget smaller. You can still easily reference the KPI and use Top Traces, but the added space provides room to enlarge the bar charts and heat maps. After resizing and rearranging, the updated custom Dashboard provides the information you need in the sizes you want:
