Pega GenAI in Pega Sales Automation

With Pega GenAI™, sales representatives can get contextual information wherever they are.

Sales representatives can now easily generate suggested replies to customer emails by using Pega GenAI. The Pega GenAI suggested email replies feature uses artificial intelligence to suggest contextually relevant email responses and helps enhance productivity, quality, and customer engagement as a result. The Pega GenAI suggested email replies feature seamlessly integrates with the Pega Sales Automation™ desktop application and the Microsoft Outlook add-in to help ensure a cohesive user experience.

With Pega Voice AI™ powered by Pega GenAI, sales representatives can see contextual information during a virtual meeting (Zoom, Webex, or Microsoft Teams). In addition, they can take notes by using Pulse and having Voice AI analyze the call and raise any alerts.

By using Pega natural language processing (NLP) or Pega GenAI, sales representatives can view a meeting summary, sentiment trend, and suggested actions for Zoom and WebEx meetings. AI bases the meeting summary on the meeting transcript. If a transcript is available for a particular appointment, the Pega Sales Automation text analyzers generate the summary and provide sentiment and suggested actions.
