Workbaskets
While a worklist contains work that is assigned to a particular user of the Knowledge Management (KM) Portal, a workbasket contains work that is currently unassigned and awaits an action, such as content waiting to be approved by an Approver or content that was returned for edits and assigned to a work queue instead of an individual Author.
Unassigned work
When you log in to the KM Portal, the My Dashboard landing page presents both your worklist (under the My work tab) and your workbasket (under the My work queues tab).
All currently unassigned articles in that workbasket are displayed, along with the title, author, and Case ID of the article as well as the status. You can then click the title of an article and take appropriate actions, such as editing, approving, publishing and so on.
For the worklist to function properly, the user must have the correct work queues assigned in Infinity Studio.
