Stakeholders have requested two additional automations to streamline the Assistance Request workflow. A recent analysis of Assistance Request Cases has shown that customer's most often call to request assistance with a flat tire. To expedite the creation of new Cases, GoGoRoad has requested that the Service type field defaults to Flat tire.
The GoGoRoad Project Manager has also made the request that the value of the Invoice total field from the Service child Case be automatically transferred into the Invoice total field in the Assistance Request parent Case. This automatic transfer of data between the parent and child Cases using a Data Transform Rule should improve both the speed and accuracy of Case resolution. To assist you in this task, your Lead System Architect created the Update Invoice total Data Transform in Dev Studio, so that the Data Transform can access the Service child Case.
As a new System Architect, your Lead System Architect has given you a collection of technical documentation links to help you complete the stated tasks.
The following table provides the credentials you need to complete the challenge.

Acceptance criteria
- In the Assistance Request Case Type Settings, the default data value for the Service type field is initialized as Flat tire.
補足： In Dev Studio, open the pyDefault Data Transform for the Assistance Request Case Type and verify your change is reflected.

In the Service Case Type, in the Perform service Process, add a Run Data Transform automation Step. Select the Update Invoice total Data Transform. Configure the Data Transform to Set the target Invoice total field from the Assistance Request Case Type (pyWorkCover.InvoiceTotal) equal to the Invoice total field from the Service Case Type (.InvoiceTotal)

- In the Pega instance for the challenge, log in as an Application Developer.
- In the Username field, enter author@gogoroad.
- In the Password field, enter pega123!.
- In the Assistance Request Case Type Settings, set the default data value for the Service type field as detailed in the Acceptance criteria.
- In the Service Case Type, add a Run Data Transform automation Step to the Perform service Process as detailed in the Acceptance criteria.
