Saving data to a system of record

Applications often make extensive use of data sourced from a system of record. During case processing, users may need to send updated data back to the source. Configure a savable data page to capture the updated data and add a trigger to the case workflow to push updates back to the source.

After completing this module, you should be able to:

Identify the role of savable data pages in updating data in a system of record
Configure a save plan on a savable data page to update a system of record
Configure a process to specify when to save data to a system of record using a savable data page
