Add KPIs to custom dashboards to make them easily accessible and more visible.

Before you begin:

  • Run the View in which you want to work if you do not already have it open.
  • Create the KPI that you want to add if it does not already exist.

  1. In a View, in the header of the application, click Dashboards, as shown in the following figure:

  2. In the navigation pane, in the Dashboards section, click the gear icon next to the custom dashboard to which you want to add a KPI:

    NOTE: You can add KPIs to custom dashboards only.
  3. In the Dashboard Configuration dialog box, drag the KPI from Available Inputs to Selected Inputs.

    For example:

    To display the number of cases KPI on the North America dashboard, drag (KPI) Number of cases to Selected Inputs.
    KPI (Number of cases) is in the Selected Inputs list.

  4. Click Save.

    Result:

    The dashboard displays the KPI, as shown in the following figure:
