Pega GenAI Blueprint and workflow design
Pega GenAI Blueprint™ is a software-as-a-service application that enables you to accelerate workflow design by using Pega GenAI capabilities.
The underlying feature of Pega GenAI Blueprint combines the power of generative AI with Pega best practices. This feature enables you to accelerate the application design process with the speed of generative AI and is enriched by built-in industry expertise.
Using Pega GenAI Blueprint, you can design new applications by selecting an industry-based template that gives you the optimal design. Enter the details of the application you are trying to build, and Blueprint generates the design with Case Types, Lifecycles, data objects, and Personas based on the template and the information that you provide. You can then edit the Case Types, Lifecycles, data objects, and Personas to precisely fit your application needs. If your application requirements do not fit the existing templates, the details you provide to Blueprint generate a design document that you can then customize.
The Blueprint file, when ready, can be downloaded as a PDF and shared with stakeholders for further review. You can also export the generated file and import it into Pega Platform™, where it creates a basic working application. For this application, you then design the views, add the properties for your Data Model, and so on, to take it further. In this way, Blueprint creates an application that you can immediately get going with. When you create new applications in Pega Platform, you now see the Build from a Blueprint option, which enables you to import the file. When your application is built, you see that a Branch Rule has been created for you to proceed with further development.
Blueprint currently supports multiple languages to generate the application and the respective Rules.
