Setting access to the Email Manager portal

  1. From Dev Studio, click your Operator icon and select Access group from the menu.
  2. In the Available portals list, click Add portal
  3. Select pyEmailClient to add the Email Manager portal to your operator’s access group.
  4. Save the access group.
  5. Refresh the browser window and access the Email Manager portal by selecting Email Manager from the Launch web interface menu.
  6. Send a few emails that do not meet any of the intelligent routing conditions to your channel.
  7. Ensure that the otherwise condition in your channel is routed to your operator or work queue.
    Any inbound emails that are not automatically processed by the intelligent routing conditions take the otherwise action defined in the channel.
