Scenario

The Travel Management Customer Support (TMCS) Blueprint targets an omnichannel guest experience, with the Guest Persona identified as a key persona across web, mobile, and social channels.

U+ Hotels wants guests to log and track complaints directly from their phones, instead of calling the service desk. To support this, you configure a mobile Channel for the TMCS application so that a guest can create a Complaint Resolution Case, view a list of their complaints, and navigate the app from a branded mobile experience.

As a Solution Builder, your Lead System Architect has asked you to set up the mobile Channel, add a mobile list page for complaints, configure the navigation, and apply U+ Hotels branding.

Note: This challenge has been configured with Single sign-on (SSO) using your Pega Academy credentials. If you are not automatically signed-in to the challenge environment after initializing the instance, you may use the credentials provided.

The following table provides the credentials you may need to complete the challenge:

Role User name Password

After completing this challenge, you should be able to:

  • Create a mobile Channel for a Constellation application.
  • Add a mobile list page bound to a Case Type and its list Data View.
  • Configure mobile navigation, including a floating action button.
  • Customize mobile app branding, including the app icon, launch screen, and theme.

You must initiate your own Pega instance to complete this Challenge.

Initialization may take up to 5 minutes so please be patient.
