Learn how to configure Coexistence feature of the Pega Customer Service™ application. Coexistence feature allows you to use a Pega Platform™ Constellation application in addition to your Pega Customer Service for UI-Kit application and seamlessly share workflows, data, and actions across them. Pega Web Embed technology makes the Constellation service requests available in the UI-Kit portals, allowing CSRs to process work for Pega Platform applications with different architectures using a single interface.

Configure the remote Constellation application and Return Product service request for coexistence.
Configure authentication of the Pega Web Embed channel.
