Activity 4: Curating Optimal Processes and Generating Blueprints through Task Mining

Scenario: Anna has a clear understanding of the "midterm adjustment update, vehicle" task's inefficiencies and its heavy reliance on the Policy Portal. Her final objective is to refine this detected process by filtering out the "noise" and then use Pega Task Mining to automatically generate a new, optimized case life cycle in Pega Gen AI Blueprint, which will ultimately replace the legacy system usage.

Goal: For the learner to understand how to curate detected processes by removing non-standard elements and how to leverage Pega Task Mining's integration with Blueprint to create new, efficient workflows.

This image shows the midterm adjustment update, vehicle process graph with reduced activities, appearing more sensible. The Details not provided step would be filtered out, demonstrating a repeatable process.
