Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first page of Workforce Intelligence you see when you log in if you have the role of Report User. It provides an overview of your entire organization. The data displayed is dependent upon your place in the organization hierarchy. You are only able to see your level and below. All data is aggregated based on your hierarchy level and sub-levels.

The dashboard page is broken up into four sections:

Focus: Focus shows your team’s performance at a high level. It displays your department/team’s score, a breakdown of percent of time in each work categories, and top five applications used.

If you click on a department/team WFI will take you to the corresponding summary page if you have the permission to do so. If one person is listed (with access to only a team), you will be navigated to the timeline page. This is based on the access provided when the application user account is set up.

Trending Chart: The Trending Chart gives an overview on how you are performing this week and month versus the previous week and month. It has visual indicators showing if performance is trending up, down, or remaining flat. As always, you can hover over an item to see the specific results for each time period.

Application Usage: Application Usage displays the top ten applications in use by your team regardless of the application's work category. The colors on the left of the chart indicate the work category, and the right side of the chart displays the percentage and trend of total time spent in the application. There is also a thumbs up or down indicator to indicate if the trend is good or bad.

Time: Time shows the overall performance for the team during the time period selected. Depending on what period is selected, this section displays either days, weeks, months, or quarters. Time also includes an expected production percentage line, which lets you determine how your team is performing against the set goal.
