Work Type Classifications:

Production Work: Production Work is on and off computer time spent on production work.

Other Work: Other Work is on and off computer time that is necessary but not focused on productionized work.

Non-Work:  Non-Work is on and off computer time that is focused on work that adds no value.

Idle Time: Idle time is time when there is no mouse or keyboard interaction.

Unknown: Unknown is time spent on applications and websites that have not yet been categorized as any of the 3 work types. This can be determined by your administrator in the administration page under the application tab in the drop down. 

Missing: The difference between the hours an employee is expected to work compared to the hours they actually worked.

Date Selection: Is a data filter that allows you to choose the data that you want to see by week, month, and year. Some pages will allow customer selection.

Production Score: Production Score is a score that shows your employees actual time spent on production work compared to your expected time spent on production work. 10 is the highest score but 8 is the recommended goal.

Hours: Hours show the total amount of time spent in apps depending on what data is viewed.

%/Hour Toggle Buttons: This toggle button is also a data filter that allows you to choose your view of the data from an hour perspective to a percent perspective.

 

Types of data WFI captures

User Data: Employee name, Email address, Network ID, Domain, Machine Name, and Mac Address.

Application Information: Executable, Web Domain, URL (Uniform Resource locator), and Screen Title.

Metrics: In Focus Duration, Mouse Clicks, Key Strokes, Cut/Copy/Paste Count, Error Key Press, Scroll Count, and Wait Time.

URLs are made up of protocol (HTTPS), Domain Name (Google.com), and Path. Domain names are within a URL. A URL is kind of like an address to a website.
