Learn about the different types of user roles within Pega Process Mining to understand the purpose and access for each role.
Users
The User role is primarily for analysts and business users who use Pega Process Mining to explore Views. People assigned to the Users role only see Views shared to the User Groups to which they belong. Within those Views, they can create KPIs, dashboards, and models.
Power Users
Power Users can additionally access the Control Panel and create Sources, Views, Calendars, Connectors, and Process Skins. Power Users can also add users to the application.
Power Users can only view and edit the items that they create.
Administrators
Administrators have full access to all sections of the Control Panel, including Licenses, Monitoring, User Metrics, Session Management, and Audit Log. Administrators are responsible for controlling everything in their instance, which means that they can also view and edit everything created by Users and Power Users. Assign the Administrator role to the few users that are responsible for the maintenance and control of the instance.
