Workflow tags
Introduction
The Pega Workforce Intelligence™ portal provides a means to create, configure, and delete tags for workflow identification dynamically. Workflow tags enable users to evaluate the applications, screens, and various paths taken to complete a process. Further analysis of specific workflows allows users to focus on initiatives to improve processes and eliminate waste.

- To apply the tags, go to Screen Administration page to assign the Tags to applications or screens. or the
- Apply the tag, which can now be found in tag list next to the application/screen
Lower Bound and Upper Bound: The lower bound and upper bound information is used to set the duration of workflows and remove any processes that are outliers. You can set the Lower and Upper bound duration can in seconds or minutes. The maximum setting is 999 seconds or 600 minutes.
- Lower Bound is the shortest amount of time a workflow with this tag can be set to
- Upper Bound is the longest amount of time a workflow with this tag can be set to
For example, if a workflow has a lower bound set to 300 seconds and an upper bound set to 10 minutes, the lower/upper bounds are used to ignore workflows that are longer than the upper bound (such as 10 minutes) or shorter than the lower bound (such as 30 seconds).
