Creating a child case

Create child cases to model work performed by different parties, that follows different reporting options, that follows different reporting frames, and that is common to multiple case types. Model case relationships with a case hierarchy that contains top-level cases, which are also referred to as parent cases, and child cases.

After completing this module, you should be able to:

Create a child case during case processing
Propagate data from a top-level case to a child case
