Application request Case Type

Through the Application request Case Type in Pega Government Platform™, customers can apply for a program or any of its descendants (such as a license application). As a result, organizations can bring all the services under one umbrella Case Type. 

The Application request Case Type uses most entity flow components and other components such as document intake, consent agreement, verify document, checklist, and evaluation.

Your configurations of the selected program or license drive these components.

The following figure shows the Application request Case Life Cycle:

After approval of the application request at the end of the approval process, the Application request Case Type creates a program or license as a standalone Case with all the applicable details. The system then associates that program or license Case with the applicant, which is an entity in this scenario.
