Program finder
Constituents today have a large number of programs exposed, and instead of having to apply for each one just to determine their eligibility, government agencies want to offer pre-screening for the programs to tailor the programs offered to each applicant. The Program finder Case Type in Pega Government Platform™ helps you to define questions from a library of questions so that constituents can answer them and also take an eligibility and program match check using a standardized view of the list of programs for which they are eligible.
In Pega Government Platform, Program finder is a questionnaire Case Type that comes with a set of sample questions. Based on the responses that constituents provide to the questions, the system displays the list of programs for which the user is eligible. Users change the questions as necessary for their own implementations, as well as modify the eligibility match rules.

ProgramsEligible is a Decision table in the Program finder Case Type that the system uses to check eligibility based on the responses and display the eligible programs. This Decision table is available as an extension and is customizable according to user requirements. As a best practice, users should customize the questions, and then modify the eligibility Decision Rules for their own implementations.
