Document opportunities for improvement and capture trends by creating Insights on the Timeline page. The Insight feature captures the screen and adds an editable title, so that you can download the image as a PNG file.

  1. In Pega Task Mining, on the Timeline page, verify that the page shows the data that you want to capture.
    For example, if you want to capture tasks on the timelines, verify that these tasks are visible.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click the Insight icon (lightbulb), as shown in the following figure:

    Result:

    The Insight Creation dialog box displays a preview of the screen capture and provides a Title field with a default value of Timeline insight - <capture date>, <capture time>. The date and time reflect the date and time of the screen capture.
  3. In the Title field, edit the name to help you identify the purpose of this Insight:

  4. Click Download.

    Result:

    The system saves the insight as a PNG file to your Downloads folder using a filename based on the title.
