Analyze the applications that associates use to complete daily tasks by showing tasks on the Timeline page.

  1. In Pega Task Mining, on the Timeline page, in the Associate's Timelines section, click More > Show/Hide Tasks:

  2. In the Search field, enter a task to add to the timelines.
  3. In the results list, select the checkbox for a task and click Apply, as shown in the following figure:

    NOTE: You can add up to two more tasks for a maximum of three tasks at a time.
  4. To view details about a task, hover over a task instance on the task bar, as shown in the following figure:

    Hovering over a task instance displays details, such as start and end time, duration, and also counts for metrics such as cut, copy, paste, error keypresses, and scroll.
  5. Optional: Hide task bars that you no longer need to see on the timelines:
    1. Click More > Show/Hide Tasks.
    2. Search for the task to remove.
    3. Clear the checkbox for the task.
    4. Click Apply.
