Translating your design ideas to the Pega case

After mapping your storyboard and understanding how Pega Platform™ manages work within cases, it is time to translate your storyboard to the workflows of the personas that use your application.

Lay out your flow

Consider the following real-world example. A Pega designer lays out how a customer calls in with an inquiry. The designer works with their Lead System Architect (LSA) to create a mock workflow within Pega Platform, taking multiple considerations into account.

Review your workflow with the stakeholders and LSA. The LSA fills in the details for implementation. Collaboration is the key to success in building Pega Platform applications.
