To view data for a specific time interval, learn how to verify and update the time interval.

Views initially include all data from datasets with 500,000 events or fewer. For larger datasets, the system initially limits the dataset to only show Cases within the last 20% of the entire date interval.

The upper-right corner of the header displays the first date and last date of the loaded data as a slider in the Interval section:

The upper-right corner of the header displays the interval of data reflected in the View and Process Map.

First and last date of data loaded in the View

When analyzing a Process Map, first check this date interval, and if needed, change the interval to reflect a different date range for your analysis. You can change the interval by using the slider or by picking dates from a calendar.

Adjusting the date interval with a slider

Click and drag the slider end points to adjust the time interval.
An animation shows how to drag the slider endpoint to change the end date for the data reflected in the Process Map.

Adjusting the date interval with a calendar

To use a calendar to select dates, and even specific times, click the arrow to expand the Interval section, as shown in the following figure:

A down arrow icon to the right of the slider expands the Interval section.

Expand the Interval section
After expanding the Interval section, you can use calendar and time pickers to define the range of data that you want to analyze, as shown in the following demo:
