The Next-Best-Action strategy framework is shipped with Pega Customer Decision Hub™ and provides the best practice for implementing enterprise-level Next-Best-Action. Decision strategies are used as extension points in this framework. They comprise a unit of reasoning represented by decision components. Learn about the various types of decision components and how they are used. Gain hands-on experience augmenting Next-Best-Action Designer with engagement rules that use decision strategies.
