Reports in Robot Manager

Pega Robot Manager™ comes with many reports configured out of the box. With these reports, you can monitor the efficiency and success of both attended and unattended robotic automations in real time. For example, view how often an automation is invoked and how long the automation takes to complete its task on average over the last year, or run a report to view a list of exceptions on the last day of operation.

Because this functionality is built on top of the standard reporting in Pega Platform™, you can create new reports similarly. Generate custom reports based on the specific metrics and filtering conditions that the work manager wants to view.

Robot Manager report categories

All standard reports that are included in Pega Platform are available in Robot Manager. Robot Manager has three additional report categories: robot usage, operational metrics, and health statistics. You can view the reports in these categories as is or use the report categories as a starting point for custom reports that you tailor to the needs of your organization. Users with the ReportAdmin, ReportWriter, and ReportUser roles can view these reports.

Because reporting in Robot Manager is based on the standard reporting feature of Pega Platform, you can generate custom reports by using the same metrics and filtering conditions. Robot Manager provides preconfigured reports out of the box to help you understand and improve robotic operations, such as Attended robotic invocations by department and Exceptions by package. For more information about out-of-the-box reports, see Out-of-the-box reports.
